Rule 19
Work, Action Responsibility and Accountability
(1) The employees assigned duties, duties and rights under this regulation shall be accountable to their immediate superiors for the work done by them and shall be fully responsible for all the work done by them.
(2) In accordance with this regulation, the authority issuing such orders or assigning work may recommend necessary departmental action against the employee who does not follow the order or instructions given by the authorized officer or does not perform the assigned work, and if such non-compliance is found, departmental action will be taken according to the prevailing law.
