Section 69
Return of Worker's Income
(1) The savings earned by Nepali workers who have gone to foreign employment should be repatriated through a bank or a licensed banking service provider.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), when a worker returns to the country, he may bring with him the savings earned in connection with foreign employment.
(3) If a Nepali worker repatriates the earnings earned abroad through a bank or banking service provider within the time period mentioned in the contract, such worker will be provided with the prescribed facilities.
