: (1) After receiving the application according to sub-section (3) of section 15, according to the nature of the requested work, the licensee shall select the workers and prepare a list of the selected persons based on the applicant's qualifications and experience and other matters as specified. Such a list should be pasted on the notice board of the licensee's office and a copy of the same should be submitted to the department.
(2) If there is a complaint before the department that there has been any irregularity in the preparation of the list of workers in accordance with sub-section (1) or if the department is informed in any way, the department may immediately make necessary selection in that regard and if any irregularity is found during such selection according to the complaint application. The department will give an order to immediately stop all work related to the selection of workers.
