Rule 39
Arrangements for Perpetual Mukarrar
(1) In the following posts of the service, the following officers may apply for permanent tenure:-
(a) Government of Nepal in the post of Head of Department,
(b) Head of the concerned department for the post of Head of Office and Head of Unit Office.
(2) Apart from what is written in sub-rule (1), tenure in other positions of service shall not be revoked.
