Rule 143A
Actionable
(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, if the passing percentage of the students of a school is less than the following, the District Education Officer shall warn the principal of such school for the first time and if the same sequence is repeated continuously for the second and third time, the district education officer shall withhold one and two salary increments respectively:-< br> (a) thirty percent in the learning achievement test of students of class three and five and district level examination of class eight,
(B) Fifteen percent in the passing examination of class ten.
(2) If less than 30 percent of the student passes in the test and examination as per sub-rule (1), the concerned officer shall warn such teacher for the first time and if the same sequence is repeated for the second and third time consecutively, withhold one and two salary increments respectively. will do
