Rule 23
Sending a writ for action
(1) If the technical examiner examines the report submitted in accordance with Rule 18 or the information given in accordance with Rule 20, if it is found that the project leader or other employee has not done any work in accordance with the prevailing law, the center shall take action against such leader or employee in accordance with the prevailing law, and the head of the relevant ministry or central body and Can send in writing to the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission.
(2) During the technical test, if any project head does not provide the documents or details requested by the technical examiner, or if the head of any government office or public organization does not act accordingly, or if any office or employee, as requested by the center, sends the center to do any work in accordance with this regulation, If the person assigned by the center does not cooperate, the center may send a written notice to the relevant authority stating the same behavior and if such a letter is received, the authority shall take necessary departmental action under the prevailing law regarding his service conditions and inform the center.
(3) In the course of scrutinizing the report submitted by the technical examiner, if any irregular action is found by the construction professional or consultant related to the project, the center may send a written notice to the relevant agency for necessary action, and the relevant agency shall also take action and inform the center accordingly.
