(1) There will be a necessary number of security personnel for the security and supervision of prisons and prisoners.
(2) The security personnel assigned to manage the security of the prison and supervise the prisoners shall be under the direct guidance and control of the prison administrator.
(3) According to this Act, when security personnel are assigned for the protection of female prisoners in detention or imprisonment, female security personnel shall be assigned.
(4) The prison administrator shall request assistance from the district administration office as needed for the security of the prison and prisoners, and if such assistance is requested, the relevant district administration office shall provide security personnel for the security of the prison and provide necessary assistance for security arrangements.
