The Jail Administrator shall pay special attention to the food, accommodation and medical examination of the following prisoners in the Jail as prescribed:
(a) Persons with Disabilities,
(b) mentally ill,
(c) suffering from serious illness, and (d) reaching the age of seventy-five years.
