(1) Government of Nepal may participate in carbon trading with foreign governments or institutions, commercial bodies or private sector, established by international treaty for carbon emission reduction and storage.
(2) Other provisions related to participation in carbon trading and distribution of benefits received from the same shall be as specified in sub-section (1).
