12. Work execution agreement should be made

(1) When appointing the executive director according to rule 11, the committee shall enter into a work execution agreement with him.
(2) When appointed in accordance with sub-rule (1), the work to be performed by the executive director, its work plan and the arrangements related to its monitoring and evaluation indicators shall be mentioned in the work performance agreement.
