2. Definition:

In this regulation, unless the context or context requires otherwise,–
(a) "Fund" means the fund established under rule 3.
(b) "Executive Director" means the Executive Director of the Fund appointed under Rule 11.
(c) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Labor and Transport.
(d) "Committee" means the Board of Directors of the fund as per rule 5.
(e) "Member" means a member of the committee and the term also includes the chairman.
(f) "Social Security Program (Scheme)" means the social security program operated by the Fund in accordance with Rule 14.
