Rule 32D
Evaluation by supervisor and review committee based on performance

(1) The following points will be given for the performance evaluation of teachers:-
(a) The maximum number of marks that can be awarded by the supervisor is six,
(b) Maximum four parts that can be given by the review committee.
(2) The performance of the teacher will be evaluated by the following officers:-
(a) Superintendent - Headmaster of the concerned school
(b. Review Committee:-
(a) Head of concerned local level education - member
(A)- Head of Education Development and Coordination Unit of the concerned district - Member (e) Principal of the concerned school - Member
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (2): The performance evaluation of the principal, teachers of the same grade as the principal and teachers of higher grade than the principal shall be done by the following authorities
(a). Supervekkak - Head of education at the concerned local level
(b) Review Committee :-
(a) Head of concerned local level education - member
(b) Head of Education Development and Coordination Unit of the concerned district - member (e) Chairman-Member of the School Management Committee (4) If the position of the chairman of the school management committee becomes vacant due to any reason, the person acting as the chairman should act as a member of the review committee.
(5) While calculating the marks for the purpose of performance evaluation, in the first advertisement after the commencement of this sub-rule, the marks of the performance evaluation form of the last one year shall be calculated and then in the advertisement of the second year, the average marks of the two years, the third and the fourth year respectively shall be calculated. .
(6) Section (d) of the performance evaluation form must be filled in confidentially (7) Within thirty days from the date of commencement of the academic session, the concerned teacher shall register the details to be filled in the performance evaluation form in the concerned school and submit it to the principal.
(8) If the performance evaluation form obtained as per sub-rule (7) is received, the principal himself is the supervisor.It should be sent to the district education office for evaluation within two days. If the principal is not the supervisor, such form should be sent to the supervisor within seven days.
(9) The review committee should evaluate the performance evaluation form received before it within ninety days from the date of commencement of the academic session.
(9a) If any teacher's performance is yet to be evaluated at the time of commencement of this rule, the Commission. After taking prior approval, within six months from the date of commencement of this bye-law, the work performance evaluation that was maintained before the commencement of this rule shall be evaluated on the basis of Baptapapa points.
(10) The authority shall take departmental action against the teachers who do not submit the performance evaluation form within the prescribed period, the supervisors who do not evaluate on time and the officials of the review committee. However, if the Director of the Directorate of Education Development in the concerned province is informed because the performance evaluation form could not be submitted or evaluated within the prescribed period due to circumstances beyond the control, and if such a reason is deemed appropriate, such Director may order the submission of such a performance evaluation form within six months of the commencement of the academic session, subject to this rule - or to evaluate the performance. or can cause.
(11) The performance evaluation of a teacher who is on leave or work for a period longer than one academic session will be calculated in such a way as to be equal to the marks obtained in the first academic session while working in the school.
(12) After the performance evaluation by the review committee, if the concerned teacher applies to see the score of the performance evaluation received by him, the district education officer shall inform him about such score. But the score given by the review committee will not be given.
(13) If a teacher is not satisfied with the evaluation made by the supervisor, within seven days from the date of receiving the information as per sub-rule (12), such teacher shall be notified of the education in the concerned province along with the solid basis and reason for the disagreement.Development Directorate: can complain to the director.
(14) If a complaint is received in accordance with sub-rule (13), within one month from the date of receipt of such complaint, the director of the Directorate of Education Development in the respective province shall investigate such complaint and if found to be unfounded during the investigation of the complaint, he/she may amend such performance evaluation form in consultation with the concerned supervisor and member of the review committee.
