(1) Having received a recognized training of ten months or more related to education teaching at the relevant level or higher, or in the case of primary teachers, having passed the entrance exam with 400 full marks in the education subject, 10 marks for first grade, 10 marks for second grade 8 marks and 6 marks will be given in case of third class.
(2) Unopened training will be given second grade marks.
(3) Teachers of the relevant level who have passed the proficiency certificate level or its equivalent, graduate level or post-graduate level in education subject will be given both minimum qualification and training points not exceeding 7 points for training.
(4) Teachers who have received at least one month of in-service training related to professional development for the respective level or category will be given 3, 2 and 1 points respectively for the first, second and third category based on the category.
(5) Nominating teachers for in-service training as per sub-rule (4) shall be done on the basis of seniority.
