Determining the number of posts: (1) According to rule 8, after receiving the details of vacant posts from the Department of Education, the commission will determine the number of posts based on the percentage of vacancies filled through open competition, performance evaluation, internal competitive examination.
(2) In determining the number of posts to be filled by open competition according to sub-rule (1), rule 11A. The number of posts to be filled should also be determined accordingly.
