(1) Work of the Executive Director, Duties and rights shall be as follows: –

(a) To implement the decisions and directives of the Council, make,

(b) Long-term plan of the establishment, To submit the annual program and budget to the Council for approval,

(c) To implement the plans and annual programs approved by the Council,

(d) Approved budget for training center
