In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Establishment" means the Local Development Training Institute established in accordance with Section 3.
(b) "Council" means the Council constituted as per Section 7.
(c) "Committee" means the Board of Directors constituted as per Section 10.
(d) "Executive Director" means the Executive Director of the establishment appointed or designated as per Section 12.
(e) "Training Centre" means Rural Development Training Centre, Urban Development Training Center and Women Development Training Centre.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
