(1) The actions taken by the Government of Nepal, Local Development Training Center under the Ministry of Local Development, Local and Urban Development Training Center, Women's Development Training Center and Training Material Production Center shall be deemed to be in accordance with this Act. (2) All the rights and obligations of the centers as per sub-section (1) shall be transferred to the establishment. (3) The employees working in the centers as per sub-section (1) will move to the establishment.
