(1) In order to manage the administrative work of the organization, the council shall appoint a person with experience in accounting to the position of executive director.
(2) The term of office of the Executive Director shall be four years and the Council may re-appoint him if he wishes.
(3) In the absence of the Executive Director, the Council may appoint any authorized employee of the organization to act as the Executive Director.
