(1) To act as the executive body of the University there shall be an Executive Council consisting of the following members:-

(a) Vice-Chancellor Chairman

(b) Two members from among the Deans

(c) One member from among the teachers

(d) Registrar Member-Secretary

(2) Nomination of members under clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) The Assembly will do it on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.

(3) The term of office of the nominated members will be three years.

(4) The procedure related to the meeting of the Executive Council will be as prescribed and until it is prescribed, the procedure related to the meeting will be the Executive Council. Will determine by himself.
