(1) An executive committee consisting of the following members will be formed to conduct the training and research program in an orderly manner in accordance with the objectives and policies of the institution:-
(a) Executive Director of the Foundation - Chairman "(b) Secretary - Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration - Member (c) Secretary - Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs - Member"
(d) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member
(e) Secretary, Public Service Commission – Member (f) Secretary, National Planning Commission – Member
(G) Three persons nominated by the Government of Nepal – Members
(h) Deputy-Executive Director-Member-Secretary
of the establishment appointed by the Council (2) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite the expert to participate in the meeting of the committee as an observer.
(3) The term of office of nominated members of the committee shall be two years. The remuneration and other benefits to be received by such nominated members will be as prescribed.
(4) Committee meetings will be held as needed.
(5) The quorum and other procedures of the meeting of the committee shall be as prescribed.
