: The following services are not included in the health insurance program:-
(a): Spectacles, hearing aids, white cane and vaishaki costing more than the amount fixed by the Board annually,
(b). Treatment for burns, severe disabilities, plastic and cosmetic surgery other than cleft lip and palate surgery,
(c) Dental treatment other than extraction, extraction of pus from tooth or gum (abscess) and primary management of dental trauma.
