(1) The Commission may determine the necessary procedure for making the relevant head, information officer or other related person appear before the Commission for a statement or for the related person to submit written or oral evidence in the process of processing and disposing of the appeal.
(2) The procedure according to sub-rule (1) shall be made public by the commission.
