Rule 122
Provisions regarding Performance Appraisal Form
(1) The employee's performance evaluation form shall be kept confidential as prescribed by the authority.
(2) The concerned office shall send one copy of the performance evaluation form as per sub-rule (1) to the relevant promotion committee office and ministry in the case of assistant level employees and to the ministry and Public Service Commission in the case of authorized level employees.
