Rule 124
Provisions relating to Performance Appraisal Form

(1) The employee's performance evaluation form shall be kept confidential as prescribed by the authority, except in the case of sub-section (8) of section 32 of the Act.
(2) Sub-rule (1) A copy of the performance evaluation form of Wamojim should be sent to the Secretariat of the Development Committee.
