Section 50
Performance contract should be made
: (1) The Ministry should make a performance contract with the chief executive officer appointed according to section 49.
(2) When entering into a performance agreement in accordance with sub-section (1), the chief executive officer shall specify in the said agreement the work to be performed, the action plan and the indicators for monitoring and evaluating the work to be performed.
(3) The chief executive officer shall submit the report according to the performance agreement before the committee within the fifteenth day of the month following the end of every six months.
(4) In relation to the report received under sub-section (3), the committee will form a sub-committee as required and evaluate it within fifteen days.
(5) The report of the evaluation made according to sub-section (4) shall be submitted to the Ministry within seven days by the committee.
