(1) If an employee has to stay in kiriya according to the clan religion, or in case of death of such employee's parents, siblings, children or in-laws or in the case of a male employee, if his wife dies, he will get 15 days of kiriya leave. If the husband of a female employee has to stay in Kirya, he will also be given Kirya leave for the same number of days.
(2) Employees will receive full salary while on leave.
(3) Employees who take leave according to sub-rule (1) must submit the death registration certificate of the deceased person and proof of relationship with the deceased person within fifteen days of coming to the office after the leave.
(4) The period of such leave of the employee who does not submit such certificate within the period as per sub-rule (3) shall be deducted from the other leave he is entitled to.
