Rule 136
Central Tax Cut Committee
(1) In accordance with Rule 135, there will be a Central Deduction Committee in the Directorate to do the work of deducting the fees by giving exemptions to old imprisonments, fines or government errors as follows:-
(a) The Chief Justice or Judge of the High Court designated by the Chief Justice – President (b) one District Judge appointed by the Chief Justice – Member (c) Director General - Member - Secretary (2) The Central Expenditure Committee shall organize its own meeting procedures.
