(1) The Fund shall have authority to collect donations in any currency from any part of the world for the Lumbini Development Plan.
(2) The Fund shall consist of the following sums: (a) The amount provided by the Government of Nepal for the purpose of the scheme,
(b) Donations provided by individuals or organizations within or outside Nepal for the purpose of the scheme,
(c) Amount received from other sources.
(3) Fund amount can be deposited in Nepal Rastra Bank and other banks inside or outside Nepal in any currency.
(4) All expenses incurred on behalf of the fund shall be borne by the fund.
(5) The operation of the fund account shall be as prescribed.
