Section 63
Ability to dissolve the fund
: (1) The Government of Nepal may dissolve the fund if the fund is unable to pay the deposit or loan claims secured in accordance with this Act.
(2) If the fund is dissolved according to sub-section (1), the responsibility of the assets and liabilities of the fund shall be of the Government of Nepal.
