8 The purpose of the fund under the approved policy of the Government of Nepal will be as follows:
(a) Providing cash, kind or any other kind of assistance from any area within or outside Nepal for the purpose of the scheme,
(b) To collect donations within or outside Nepal for the purpose of the scheme,
(c) To make direct contact with individuals or organizations within or outside Nepal to provide assistance or receive donations for the purpose of the plan

(d) To analyze the action plans and provide funds for the approved plan,
(e) The amount allocated for the program as approved by the committee has been used in a proper manner, not to be sent to the member or any other person to check,
(f) To modify the action plan if deemed necessary in the interest of the scheme,
(g) To form committees and sub-committees as needed within or outside Nepal for the purpose of the plan,
(h) to evaluate the work of the committees and sub-committees formed according to clause (g),
(i) To determine the policy and provide guidance for the committee and sub-committees formed as per clause (g),
(j) To maintain close and cooperative relations with the Government of Nepal (k) To do other necessary work for achieving the purpose of the fund.
