(1) The account of income and expenditure of the fund shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) The Board shall conduct an internal audit of its income and expenditure as prescribed.
(3) The Board shall conduct a final audit by the Auditor General within three months of the end of each financial year.
(4) The Ministry may inspect the accounts of the Board at any time if it wishes.
