(1) The Board shall have a separate fund of its own (2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received as subsidy from the Government of Nepal,
(b) amount received under section 6,
(c) Funds received in the form of grants or loans from foreign governments or international organizations,
(d) Amount received from other sources.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (c) of sub-section (2), the board shall take prior approval from the Government of Nepal.
(4) All the expenses incurred on behalf of the Board will be covered by the amount accumulated in the fund.
(5) The amount collected in the fund will be deposited in a commercial bank designated by the committee.
(6) The operation of the fund account shall be as prescribed.
