(1) The fund shall consist of the following amounts:-
(a) Amount provided by the Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from national or international organizations,
(c) Income from other sources (2) All funds of the fund shall be deposited in Nepal Rastra Bank or any other bank in the name of the fund (3) Income and expense account will be kept separately.
(4) All expenses incurred on behalf of the fund shall be borne by the fund.
(5) The account of the fund shall be operated as prescribed.
