If a consumer suffers any kind of loss due to the sale or distribution of consumer goods or services contrary to this Act, any consumer organization shall sell, distribute or provide such consumer goods or services on behalf of such consumer. A person can make a complaint to the compensation committee within thirty five days of the occurrence of the loss.
