(1) The Lumbini Development Committee (Formation) Order, 2032 has been repealed and all the movable and immovable properties of the committee constituted in accordance with the said order shall be transferred to the fund. But the Lumbini Development Committee constituted under that order shall remain in force until the Plan Implementation Committee is constituted as per sub-section (1) of section 12. (2) All contracts and agreements made with the committee as per sub-section (1) shall be with the fund. It will be considered and all the activities done by that committee will be considered to be done by the fund.
