(1) The following Acts are repealed:-
(a) Remuneration, Conditions of Service and Tenure of the Auditor General Act, 2023.
(b) Remuneration, Conditions of Service and Facilities of Members of the Public Service Commission Act, 2026.
(c) Election Commissioners Act, 2026 relating to term of office, remuneration and other conditions and facilities of service.
(d) The Act, 2050 relating to the remuneration, conditions of service and facilities of the Commissioners of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the laws mentioned in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done in accordance with this Act. (3) Remuneration and other benefits received by the officers of constitutional bodies before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been received in accordance with this Act.
(4) The officials of the constitutional bodies who were appointed before the commencement of this Act may receive the benefits even after the commencement of this Act as long as they remain in such position.
(5) Chief commissioners and commissioners of the Commission for Prevention of Abuse of Authority, Auditor General, Chairman and members of the Public Service Commission and persons receiving pension after retiring from the positions of chief election commissioners and election commissioners before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have received pension in accordance with this Act.
