Preamble

: Since it is desirable to regulate the remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the officers of the constitutional bodies, the Parliament has made this Act in the twenty-fifth year of the reign of Shri 5th Maharaj Adhiraj Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev.
