Section 144
Repeal and Rescue
(1) The following Acts are repealed:-
(a) Delegation of Powers Act, 2015
(b) Soldiers Act, 2016
(c) Duties, Duties, Powers and Conditions of Service Act, 2026
of Commander-in-Chief (2) All ranks of persons who are in Nepali Army at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be in their respective positions and ranks in the Nepali Army in accordance with this Act and they shall remain in their positions for the period prescribed by the prevailing laws related to the army.
(3) Actions taken in accordance with the Act referred to in subsection (1) shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.
