Section 39

Repeal and Defense

(1) Remuneration, Facilities and Other Conditions of Service of High Court and District Court Judges Act, 2048 is repealed.

(2) Remuneration of High Court and District Court Judges , the actions taken in accordance with the Act relating to other conditions of facilities and services, 2048 shall be deemed to have taken place under this Act.
