Section 96
Repeal and Rescue

(1) Clause (j) of section 3 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 is deleted.
(2) In accordance with the Civil Service Act, 2049 and the rules made under that Act, all actions taken in relation to the employees of Nepal Health Service shall be deemed to have been done in accordance with this Act.
