Rule 50
Repeal Save
(1) Government Advocate Regulations, 2055 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Regulations on Public Prosecutors, 2055 shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these Regulations. By order, Narayan Prasad Vidari, Secretary to the Government of Nepal.
