Section 21
In particular, only measurements or weights may be instructed to be used
: Notwithstanding anything written in this Act, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and from the date specified in the same notice, in relation to a particular business, transaction or contract, in a particular area, subject to specific conditions, may instruct to carry out business only by measuring or weighing.
