Section 30
Punishment
(1) The inspector shall fine the person or organization who commits the following offense as follows:-
(a) from one thousand rupees to five thousand rupees if he acts or causes to be contrary to sub-section (4) of section 20,
(b) In case of non-compliance with the instructions given by the Government of Nepal according to section 21, or in case of acting contrary to such instructions, from five thousand rupees to ten thousand rupees,
(c) one thousand rupees to five thousand rupees if a measuring device or measuring or weighing device is used contrary to section 25,
(d) In case of any act contrary to section 27, from five thousand rupees to ten thousand rupees,
