Rule 14
Other matters to be disclosed in applications of special nature
(1) In addition to the things mentioned in rule 13, when submitting an application related to a case in the court, the year of the case, the serial number and name of the case, the thing demanded in the application, its reason and basis and the related law must be mentioned.
(2) When submitting an application for production of any missing document in any office or court, the name and address of the office where the missing document is located, the name or subject and serial number of the case in which the document is located, the date of the document, the facts for which the missing document is required to be confirmed or refuted. That and other introductory details of the missile or paper should be mentioned.
