: (1) All information, documents, data and items provided by one to the other pursuant to this Agreement shall be kept at least twenty-four
(24) shall be kept confidential subject to the following for months:
(a) The department may provide information, documents, data and items related to the area abandoned by the contractor or the area other than the contract area at any time.
(b) The department or the contractor may at any time request someone else to review and analyze the information, documents, data and items provided by the contractor, with the provision of confidentiality.
(c) Technical reports, commercial articles and other information may be published with the prior written consent of the other party.
(2) Within the period specified in sub-section (1), no person ( (including companies affiliated with the contractor) should not be sold, given or disclosed in any way.
(3) The obligations of the contractor (and every person who is a joint contractor under section 63) under this section shall survive the termination of this contract or the separation of the joint contractors from this contract.
(4) This section shall not apply to information, documents, data and items that have previously come to the public's knowledge or are in the possession of the receiving party.
