: (1) The contractor shall ensure that each contractor has the necessary professional competence and experience in the assigned work while appointing contractors.
(2) Within thirty (30) days from the date of appointing the contractor, the contractor shall provide the department with the name and address of each contractor and the identity of his authorized representative and a copy of the contract. The contractor shall include details of the work done by each contractor in his report under section 28.
