: The contractor will insure the risk and amount according to the practice of the international petroleum industry for the duration of the contract and will also provide additional insurance under the conditions mutually agreed upon by the department and the contractor. The department and the contractor will review the insurance program every year and such insurance program will be modified as determined by the department. The contractor will provide the proof of such insurance to the department within a reasonable time if the department requests it.
