Rule 180
Amount to be deposited in rural education fund
(1) Within one month of the end of each financial year, the institutional school shall deposit the lump sum annual amount calculated at the rate of one rupee per student studying in the previous academic session in the Rural Education Development Fund.
(2) For the purpose of depositing the amount as per sub-rule (1), an account shall be opened in a bank located at the headquarters of each district.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the amount deposited in the bank shall be sent by the District Education Officer to the Rural Education Fund.
(4) After depositing the amount according to sub-rule (1), the school shall immediately send the proof thereof to the concerned district education office.
