(1) A judge shall be entitled to home leave with full pay at the rate of one day for eleven days of the period of service.
Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "period of service" means the holiday and public holiday. The days spent on leave and public holidays shall also be indicated.
(2) Home leave as per sub-section (1) may be accumulated for a maximum of one hundred and fifty days.
(3) One hundred and twenty A judge who accumulates more than 30 days of home leave from the excess home leave accumulated up to the end of the month of Chaitra of each year can receive a lump-sum payment at the rate of wages earned by him for the home leave of a maximum of thirty days by the end of the same financial year.
( 4) Even if any person separates from the service of a judge, he will be entitled to receive a lump sum amount for the home leave accrued according to sub-section (2) of a maximum of one hundred and twenty days at the rate of remuneration.
(5) The judge When going home on home leave and coming from home to appear in court after paying home leave, once a year the foot route will be paid at the rate of one day for the purpose of eight funds and the same number of days it takes for motor, train, and airplane routes.
( 6) If the judge dies before taking the accumulated home leave or the amount for the same according to sub-section (2), the person as per sub-section (1) of section 15 will be entitled to receive such amount as a lump sum.
(7) House taken by the judge according to this section If any public holiday falls during the vacation period, such public holiday will not be added to the home leave.
