Rule 87
Arrangements for festive expenses

(1) The employees who are in service at the time of commencement of this rule and the employees who are appointed after the commencement of this rule shall inform the relevant office in writing about the main festival for which they will incur festival expenses and the month in which the festival is likely to fall within three months from the date of their appearance. .
(2) Festival expenses will not be allowed during the period of taking extraordinary leave or unpaid leave.
(3) After being informed in accordance with sub-rule (1), the employee shall not be entitled to claim expenses for another festival.
